Items must be paid for in full before they are engraved. Once an item is engraved there are no returns or refunds.
Mistakes happen, we know that. We make every effort to work with our clients to avoid mistakes. If the mistake is yours, we will charge a fee to replace the item. If the mistake is ours we will replace the item free once the original is returned.
Items you provide are treated with the utmost care but buyer beware, there is a chance your item could be ruined. We will remind you of this before engraving. Buyer takes full responsibility if item is damaged or ruined. MSL will not replace any item provided by the customer for engraving.
Complex jobs may be charged a design and/or setup fee.
